Narrative driven 2D adventure side scroller where the player is seeking their destined partner by follows a red string.

The game is influenced by the Folklore 'the Red Thread of Fate' (also referred as 'the Red Thread of Marriage'),  a Chinese Mythology with the theme of love and destiny. 

Narrative

A villager who is in a rush for marriage but still hasn't found their other half.

They encounter the God of Love and Marriage, Yue Lao, disguised an elderly man. Yue Lao informs the villager of a tale about a previous encounter with a man named Wei Gu, who was in a similar scenario as the villager.

As the villager travels in pursuit for their love, Yue Lao narrates the tale to him through the wind. The villager will need to confront these same choices along the way.

 The villager’s fate is in your hands. What choices will you make? Will you follow the same steps as Wei Gu, or are they going to let destiny decide?
